The activities include sunrise or fireside meditations, lectures by Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, singing, practising the yoga of nutrition.

Lunch is provided. Suggested donation is £10. Please book in advance.

At present, we can offer pre – arranged lifts from East Grinstead train station or the bus stop nearby
We not offering lifts to and from Gatwick at the present time.

1 – 3 November – All Welcome
Starts 6pm Friday evening to Monday 4pm.

29 November – 1 December
Starts 6pm Friday evening to Monday 4pm
The weekend includes a musical and artistic evening on Saturday.
You are welcome to contribute an inspiring poem or reading, sing a song or play an instrument.

30 December – 5 January – New Year Congress (Members only)
Start the year with joy, light and inspiration.
It is important to live the first days of a New Year consciously,
and by participating together in this spiritual work we create new patterns.
