All are welcome to the events below

The activities include sunrise or fireside meditations, lectures by Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, singing, practising the yoga of nutrition.
The weekends start at 12 noon on Saturday lunchtimes and finish at 4 pm on Sunday afternoon.

Accommodation (3 meals and bed)Single room: £27 members, £33 non-members.
Sharing: £22 members, £27 non-members.

If you can attend a Sunday lunchtime meeting only, please arrive by 11.45 am at the latest.
Lunch is provided. Suggested donation is £10. Please book in advance.

Starts at 6 pm on Friday 29 November and finishes at 4 pm on Sunday 1 December.
The weekend includes a musical and artistic evening on Saturday.
You are welcome to contribute an inspiring poem or reading, sing a song or play an instrument.

Festival of St Michael with a fire on Saturday evening.
Starts at 12 noon on Saturday and finishes at 4 pm on Sunday afternoon.

New Year Congress  (members only)
Start the year with joy, light and inspiration.
It is important to live the first days of a New Year consciously, and by participating together in this spiritual work we create new patterns for a more luminous and intelligent 2020.

Congress starts at 12:15 pm on Monday 30 December and finishes at 4 pm on Sunday 5 January.
